Description
Garden-Hopping Objective
Each level in Mango Quest Platformer drops you into a distinct community garden with one clear goal: gather every ripe mango before reaching the bright yellow end flag. The gardens are not just backdrops—they are laid out with tricky paths that demand careful movement and timing. [IMG_1]
Movement and Double Jump
Your character moves left and right, crouches through narrow gaps, and uses a double jump to reach high platforms, cross wide gaps, and dodge hazards. The double jump is the defining mechanic: without it, many mangoes and safe routes are out of reach. Crouching also lets you slip past tight spaces, which can help you avoid detection or surprise garden owners. [IMG_2]
Obstacles and Patrolling Owners
Two main threats end a run. First, friendly but strict garden owners patrol set routes and dislike uninvited fruit pickers—if they spot you, the level restarts. Second, harmless environmental obstacles like pointy garden stakes force a restart on contact. Neither is violent, but both require you to observe patterns and plan your path. [IMG_3]
Progression and Replay
Levels grow progressively harder, introducing more complex layouts and tighter timing windows. Because collecting all mangoes before the flag maximizes your score, replaying a level to master jumps and patrol timing is part of the design. The game suits players of all ages, with no violent content and a lighthearted tone throughout.
